I just wanted to drop a quick note to say
Kudos to Matt, I had 3 separate issues and usually I am shuffled
to separate departments, Matt took all 3 issues in one call,
called me back and made sure I had all the info I needed to get
done what I need to get done.
Being a Mac Tech, Part time Demo Day Rep and former Power Rep,
it was refreshing to see Apple Tech Support achieve this level
of service!
